Influenza
Influenza is an infectious disease caused by the influenza virus, which is prevalent every winter and causes respiratory symptoms such as coughing and high fever.
1. Reason
When an influenza patient coughs or sneezes, the virus is passed from person to person through respiratory droplets.
2. Symptom
Sudden fever (38°C or higher), headaches, muscle pains, fatigue, and dry coughs, sore throats, nasal congestion, and sputum are common symptoms of influenza.
Unlike adults, children may experience nausea, vomiting and gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea.
3. Preventive Method
Vaccination can prevent the influenza.
