1. Common Items

  • Health Questionnaire and Medical Consultation
  • Body Measurement(Height, weight, waist circumference), Hemadynamometry, Visual Acuity․Audiometry
  • Chest X-ray, Uroscopy
  • Blood Test (Hemoglobin, Fasting Blood Sugar, AST, ALT, γ-GTP, Serum Creatinine, e-GFR)
  • Oral Examination
  • Cardio-cerebrovascular Disease Risk Assessment (Evaluation of the risks for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases and health risks based on a health questionnaire and results of an examination).

Checkup Result Notification

  • A notification of the checkup result will be sent from the institution to the subscriber/company in fifteen days from the completion of the checkup.

Precaution

  • Maintain an empty stomach for 8 hours before a checkup.

  • Morning : Before 11am
  • Afternoon : Before 4pm
  • Only morning for Saturday (Closed for Sunday and Holidays)
