- Health Questionnaire and Medical Consultation
- Body Measurement(Height, weight, waist circumference), Hemadynamometry, Visual Acuity․Audiometry
- Chest X-ray, Uroscopy
- Blood Test (Hemoglobin, Fasting Blood Sugar, AST, ALT, γ-GTP, Serum Creatinine, e-GFR)
- Oral Examination
- Cardio-cerebrovascular Disease Risk Assessment (Evaluation of the risks for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases and health risks based on a health questionnaire and results of an examination).

Checkup Result Notification
- A notification of the checkup result will be sent from the institution to the subscriber/company in fifteen days from the completion of the checkup.
Precaution
- Maintain an empty stomach for 8 hours before a checkup.
Reservation Hours
- Morning : Before 11am
- Afternoon : Before 4pm
- Only morning for Saturday (Closed for Sunday and Holidays)
