• Please bring your glasses or contact lenses if you have uncorrected vision of 0.5 or below in one eye.

• We provide a special medical checkup for seafarers.
• As you need a glucose test, please fast for at least 8 hours.
• Please clean yourself the day before a checkup and come for the checkup when you are in good condition.
• For women, a urine test should be taken three days after the end of menstruation.
  You can get other tests regardless of your period.
• If you have suffered from a lung disease, please bring a past chest X-ray with you for comparative reading.
• If you need an English medical certificate, please ask at the reception desk.
