RThose who cannot be judged healthy or who are suspected of having a disease from 1st health checkup (subject to secondary health checkup)
C1 and D1 shall be judged by each harmful factor.
If the medical institution notifies that an employee is subject to the secondary health checkup, but the health care type cannot be determined because the employee is not examined due to retirement, he/she shall be classified as "U."
Evaluation of Suitability for Performance
1If an employee can work under the current health conditions
2If an employee can currently work under certain conditions (e.g. environmental improvement, wearing PPE, and advancing the time of a medical examination)
3If an employee cannot temporarily work due to concerns about health problems (he/she can return to work after resolving problems related health or working conditions)
4If an employee should not currently work due to concerns about deterioration of health problems or permanent disability
"Certain conditions" refer to environmental improvement, wearing PPE, and advancing the time of a medical examination
The health condition to be considered for evaluating suitability for performance shall be judged as “2”,”3” or “4” according to the individual’s health conditions and exposure to risk.
