• You can only receive documents by visiting the hospital (proxy receipt available) or by mail (registration).

• If you receive it by proxy, you need to know the exact name and date of birth of the person who was inspected.

★ Time required to issue the result sheet: It is flexible depending on the situation, so you can receive accurate information when you register.

What to Bring

    • - If a person aged 0-5 is examined, please bring the result sheet of the most recent infant health examination with you.
    • - If both left and right eye vision is below 0.5, make sure to bring glasses or lenses. If you wear lenses, make sure to bring a lens case.

    Japan(Employment) 8 hours of fasting required, resume written in English, and 1 photo (if it needs to be attached to the documents).
    ※If any documents or test items are written in Japanese, a Korean translation must be submitted as well.
    ※Please note that documents requested in our center's format are issued in English only.
    Japan (study abroad), Romania, Malaysia, Hungary, Le Cordon Bleu If you have a baby vaccination record booklet, previous vaccination records, or antibody test results from another medical institution in addition to your vaccination records registered with the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA), please bring them with you.
    If you have completed military service, please bring documentation of any vaccinations you received during your military service.
    China Please confirm that you have 2 photos, your destination (city), and any required tests before your visit.
    Two copies of the documents and one chest X-ray CD will be provided. Chest X-ray films are not issued.
    ※The designated hospital system is no longer in effect. We continue to use the forms that were used when our center was a designated hospital (these forms contain both Chinese and English). However, your test results and all documents will be issued in English only.

    If you have a baby vaccination record booklet, previous vaccination records, or antibody test results from another medical institution in addition to your vaccination records registered with the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA), please bring them with you.

    Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, India, Chile, Kuwait 1 photo
    Please check whether there is any required information that must be declared.
    United Arab Emirates (ADNOC) 8 hours of fasting, a resume written in English, and 1 photo.
    Seychelles 1 photo, A stool test is required.
    Greece, Belgium A stool test is required.
    Mozambique 8 hours of fasting
    Examinations are available only at the Jongno Center on Fridays from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
    ※As the number of examinations available each day is limited, please make a reservation by phone or through the 1:1 Inquiry Board after providing your company name, full name, and date of birth.
    ICC, OECD, UN, WHO, IOM (Drivers & Security Guards only) 8 hours of fasting,

    ※The issued documents will include a reference to MPOX. As the test name "VDRL" cannot be used at our center for syphilis screening, the test will be performed as "RPR," and the English documents will indicate RPR (VDRL). For HIV screening, the test name "HIV" is used, and the documents will indicate HIV (AIDS).
    Saudi Arabia (Nurse) 8 hours of fasting
    If you have a baby vaccination record booklet, previous vaccination records, or antibody test results from another medical institution in addition to your vaccination records registered with the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA), please bring them with you.
    If you have completed military service, please bring documentation of any vaccinations you received during your military service.
  • All documents are issued in English by default.
    As Korean-language documents may not be available in some cases, please inform us at the time of registration if you require them.
  • If you request changes to your documents after registration, additional charges will apply.
    If any documents are required for submission, please be sure to print and bring them.
  • Photos cannot be changed after submission. Please check the photo requirements and bring a photograph that meets them.
  • If you are in the process of renewing your passport, please inform us at the time of registration.
  • Medical examinations are available for South Africa, Singapore, Qatar Energy, Thailand Retirement, France Working Holiday, and IOM (General).

Precaution

  • Please visit the hospital when you are in good physical condition.
  • Please avoid strenuous exercise, overeating, alcohol consumption, protein shakes, and creatine supplements on the day before your examination.
  • If you have diabetes, you may need to fast for 8 hours.
  • If the necessary tests include glucose and cholesterol tests, fasting for 8 hours is required even if you are not diabetic.
  • For women, please visit the doctor for a urine test 3 days after the end of your period. Other tests can be performed regardless of your menstrual period.
  • If you are pregnant or may be pregnant, please be sure to tell us when you apply.
  • If you have a history of lung disease, please bring a past chest X-ray CD for comparison. (Even if you had the disease a long time ago, traces will remain, so please tell your doctor when you see the doctor.)
  • If you are a hepatitis B carrier, please be sure to mention this when registering and seeing a doctor.
